For the motor yacht M/Y “Karolyn”, Evakis Curving Glass undertook the fabrication, installation, and sealing of a new curved yacht windshield, specifically adapted to the dimensions and geometry of the vessel’s existing structure. The new windshield was manufactured from 5+5 mm Triplex laminated safety glass in a clear finish, with particular attention given to the accuracy of the curvature and the precise fitting of the glass within the frame. The installation was completed with the appropriate marine windshield sealing system, helping ensure structural stability, protection against potential water ingress, and reliable performance in demanding marine conditions. The project was carried out at Agios Kosmas Marina in Athens, Greece.
