On the motor yacht M/Y “Salute”, we carried out the removal of four bridge side glass panels, which were replaced with new Securit Triplex safety glass panels in 12+10 mm thickness with solar control film. The project began with the careful dismantling of the existing glazing and the proper preparation of the mounting surfaces. We then fabricated and installed four new bridge side glass panels, precisely adapted to the structure and geometry of the yacht, with emphasis on accurate fitting, structural stability, and improved solar protection. In addition, we carried out the removal of the existing joints and the complete resealing of all the yacht’s glass panels, helping restore watertight integrity and ensure reliable performance in demanding marine conditions. The project was completed at Hellenic Shipyards in Perama, Greece.
