On the motor yacht M/Y “Aicon 56”, a complete replacement of the existing curved windshields was carried out after the original panels had become detached from their mounting areas. The project began with the careful removal of the existing windshields and thorough cleaning of the frames, including the removal of old adhesive and sealing materials.

New curved windshields made of 5+5 mm laminated Triplex safety glass were then fabricated, precisely adapted to the dimensions and curvature of the vessel’s existing structure. The project was completed with the accurate installation and sealing of the new windshields, ensuring secure fitting, protection against water ingress, and reliable performance in demanding marine conditions.
