On the motor yacht M/Y “Pershing 65”, we carried out the removal of the existing polycarbonate windshield measuring 320 cm x 120 cm with a thickness of 10 mm, followed by the fabrication, replacement, and installation of a new windshield built to the required dimensions and specifications. The project began with the careful dismantling of the old windshield and the preparation of the mounting surfaces to ensure a proper base for the new installation. A new polycarbonate yacht windshield was then fabricated to match the dimensions and geometry of the vessel’s existing structure. The installation was completed with particular attention to precise fitting, stability, and functionality, ensuring reliable performance in demanding marine conditions. The project was completed at Spanopoulos Shipyards in Elefsina, Greece.
