On the motor yacht M/Y “Mamma Mia”, we carried out an extensive replacement of the vessel’s polycarbonate glazing, which had developed significant deterioration over time, including crazing, cracks, breakage, and surface scratches. The project began with the careful removal of the damaged panels and the proper preparation of the mounting surfaces. We then fabricated new flat and curved polycarbonate panels, precisely adapted to the dimensions and geometry of the yacht’s existing structure. The new components were professionally installed and sealed, with particular attention given to accurate fitting, stability, and the restoration of watertight integrity, while also improving the overall appearance of the yacht’s glazing. The project was completed at Atlas Shipyards in Perama, Greece.
